Examples of RFU Date in a sentence

  • The Initial Term will commence on the RFU Date and will continue for the length of time indicated in the Key Terms.

  • The Term may include, as applicable, the period between the Effective Date and the RFU Date, the Initial Term, and any Renewal Terms.

  • Provider represents and warrants, as of the date hereof and as of the RFU Date that Provider is validly formed as the type of legal entity it purports to be in the jurisdiction of its formation and has the power to enter into this Agreement and perform the transactions contemplated thereunder.

  • If Colt accepts within its sole discretion to defer the delivery of Service upon Customer’s request, there shall be no change in the installation and Service charges being incurred from the RFU Date.

  • In such a case Colt shall endeavour to resolve the problem and communicate a replacement RFU Date to the Customer and the Service will be deemed accepted only in accordance with the same process as set out in the preceding sentence.

  • Section 38(6) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 places a requirement upon Authorities when determining planning applications to do so in accordance with the adopted Development Plan unless material considerations indicate otherwise.

  • Provider warrants that the Facility, as of the RFU Date, will meet the Data Center Specifications.

  • If Colt accepts within its sole discretion to defer the delivery of service upon Customer’s request, there shall be no change in the installation and service charges being incurred from the RFU Date.

  • Inception Date means in respect of a Fund, the first date on which the Fund issued shares.

  • Hire Date has the meaning given to it in Section 2.6(a).

  • Start Date for Term Calculation Purposes Only: Regardless of actual award/effective date of Contract, for Agreement “term” calculation purposes only, the Agreement “start date” is the last day of the month that Award Notifications are anticipated as published in the Solicitation. Example: If the anticipated award date published in the Solicitation is August 27, 2020 but extended negotiations delay award until September 24, 2020 the end date of the resulting initial “two-year” term Agreement, (which is subject to an extension(s)) will still be August 31, 2022 in this example

  • Applicable Anniversary of the Commencement Date means the fifth (5th) anniversary of the Commencement Date.

  • Base Date means a date 30 day prior to the submission of tenders.

  • Anniversary means each annual anniversary date of the Effective Date during the Term (as defined in Section 5 hereof).

  • Offer Commencement Date means the date on which Purchaser commences the Offer, within the meaning of Rule 14d-2 under the Exchange Act.

Landlord and Tenant shall each execute and deliver to the other written acknowledgment of the actual Term Commencement Date and the Term Expiration Date when such are established, and shall attach it to this Lease as Exhibit B. Failure to execute and deliver such acknowledgment, however, shall not affect the Term Commencement Date or Landlord’s or Tenant’s liability hereunder. Failure by Tenant to obtain validation by any medical review board or other similar governmental licensing of the Premises required for the Permitted Use by Tenant shall not serve to extend the Term Commencement Date.

  • Service Date or "SD" means the date service is made available to the End User Customer. This also is referred to as the "Due Date."

  • Initiation Date means the date on which a financial creditor, corporate applicant or operational creditor, as the case may be, makes an application to the Adjudicating Authority for initiating corporate insolvency resolution process;

  • Vesting Commencement Date means the Grant Date or such other date selected by the Committee as the date from which an Award begins to vest.

  • Initial Date means the date of the closing of the Initial Offering of the Company.

  • Go-Live Date means the date on which the City, acting reasonably, confirms in writing that the Services satisfy the functional, technical and security requirements as set out in this Agreement;

  • Execution Date has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Contract Effective Date means the date agreed upon by the parties for beginning the period of performance under the contract. In no case shall the effective date precede the date on which the contracting officer or designated higher approval authority signs the document.

  • Cessation Date means the date of Participant’s Termination of Service (regardless of the reason for such termination).
