Rhode Island Project definition

Rhode Island Project means the proposed project pursuant to which Providence Soils, LLC would develop a soil manufacturing facility for the processing of biosolids to be located in Johnstown, Rhode Island for which a proposal was submitted in respect to a request for proposals by the Rhode Island Resource Recovery Corporation.
Rhode Island Project means the proposed project in which RESTEC would develop a soil manufacturing facility to process biosolids in Rhode Island for which a proposal was submitted in response to a request for proposals issued by the Rhode Island Resource Recovery Corporation. RESTEC originally contemplated a joint venture for this project, but both of its proposed partners have now agreed to sell their rights to the project to RESTEC for contingent payments.
