Request for Proposals definition

Request for Proposals or “RFP” means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.

Request for Proposals. “RFP” shall mean and include the complete set of documents, specifications and addenda incorporated herein, and included in this Request for Proposals;

Examples of Request for Proposals in a sentence

• The TIPS Solicitation which resulted in this Vendor Agreement, whether a Request for Proposals, the Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals or Request for Qualifications solicitation, or other, the Vendor’s response to same and all associated documents and forms made part of the solicitation process, including any addenda, are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement as if copied verbatim.

• The Request for Proposals issued by the City of Xxxxxxx and the Proposal submitted by the Monitor to provide services to the City of Rowlett, are incorporated by reference as part of this agreement.

• The Contractor is being retained to provide services described below to Participating Entities based on the Contractor’s demonstrated competence and requisite qualifications to perform the scope of the services described herein and in the Request for Proposals #2021-083 (hereinafter, “RFP”).

More Definitions of Request for Proposals

Request for Proposals or “RFP” means the process described in this document; and

Request for Proposals means all documents, whether attached or incorporated by reference, utilized for soliciting proposals.

The RFP includes the ITP, CA Documents, and Reference Information Documents. The RFP is issued only to Proposers that have been shortlisted following RFQ review.

Request for Proposals means a document used to solicit proposals to provide a procurement item to a procurement unit, including all other documents that are attached to that document or incorporated in that document by reference.

Request for Proposals or “RFP” means all documents used for soliciting Proposals in accordance with either ORS 279B.060 or 279C.110, where proposal evaluation and contract award is based on criteria such as proposer qualifications and experience, product features and characteristics, service quality and efficiency, and conformance with the specifications and requirements of the Solicitation Document. Price may be evaluation criterion for an RFP, but will not necessarily be the predominant basis for contract award.
