Right to Sublease. ASSIGN: Altus will not have the right to sublease or assign any portion of the Subleased Premises during the term of the Sublease. Vertex agrees that in the event that ownership of Altus' industrial business shall change, subject to Vertex's consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld, and subject to the Landlord's consent, Altus may sublease a portion of the Subleased Premises to the new owner thereof upon the same terms and conditions as Altus' Sublease.
