Neither "Trademarks" nor "Copyrights" shall include copyrights, service marks and trade dress used outside the Territory or that are primarily associated with the divisions, companies or corporate entities of either Roche Products, Inc.

After the exercise of its Roche Option for a Target, and so long as a Roche Product does not become a C4T Co-Dev Product, Roche shall be solely responsible, at Roche’s sole expense, for the manufacture, development, and commercialization of such Roche Products.
