Rollover Borrowing definition

Rollover Borrowing means the Advances (as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement) described on Schedule III hereto.
Rollover Borrowing means the Advances (as defined in the Existing Agreement) described on Schedule IV hereto.
Rollover Borrowing has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 1.2(d).

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, during each Rollover Interest Period for the applicable Rollover Borrowing, the Floating Rate and the Applicable Rate with respect to such Rollover Borrowing shall be as specified on Schedule 1.01(E) hereto.
