Rookie Scale Amounts definition

Rookie Scale Amounts means the amounts set forth in the tables annexed hereto as Exhibit 5.
Rookie Scale Amounts means: (i) for the 2017-18 Salary Cap Year, the amounts set forth in the Rookie Salary Scale table annexed hereto as Exhibit B-1; (ii) for the 2018-19 through 2019-20 Salary Cap Years, the Salary amounts calculated in accordance with Article VIII, Section 4; and (iii) for the 2020-21 through 2023-24 Salary Cap Years, the Salary amounts set forth in the preceding Salary Cap Year’s Rookie Salary Scale table adjusted by applying the percentage increase (or decrease) in the Salary Cap from the preceding Salary Cap Year to the current Salary Cap Year; provided, however, that the applicable “4th Year Option” and Qualifying Offer percentages specified in the Rookie Salary Scale for the 2017-18 Salary Cap Year annexed hereto as Exhibit B-1 shall remain the same for each Salary Cap Year during the Term and be included in the Rookie Salary Scales prepared for each Salary Cap Year in accordance with Section 1(hhh) above.

Related to Rookie Scale Amounts

  • Available Amounts means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of Available Interest and Available Principal for such Distribution Date.

  • Disposable income means that part of the income due and payable of any individual remaining

  • Available Amount of any Letter of Credit means, at any time, the maximum amount available to be drawn under such Letter of Credit at such time (assuming compliance at such time with all conditions to drawing).

  • Purchase at retail means the acquisition, consumption or use of telecommunications through a sale at retail.

  • Net Finance Charges means, for the Reference Period, the Finance Charges according to the latest Financial Report(s), after deducting any interest payable for that Reference Period to any member of the Group and any interest income relating to cash or cash equivalent investment.

  • Available Excluded Contribution Amount means the aggregate amount of Cash or Cash Equivalents or the fair market value of other assets (as reasonably determined by the Borrower, but excluding any Cure Amount and any Contribution Indebtedness Amount) received (or deemed to be received) by the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries after the Closing Date from:

  • Fixed Amounts has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.07(b).
