Route Supervisor definition

Route Supervisor means the person(s) named in the Contract as Route Supervisor, or appointed from time to time by the Contractor under E5.2 who acts on behalf of the Contractor.

  • Site Supervisor means a Site employee, agent, or volunteer, who is responsible for monitoring and supervising the Student throughout the ELP.

The Contract Manager may perform the duties of the Compliance Forester.

  • Airport Manager means that term as defined in section 2 of the aeronautics code of the state of Michigan, 1945 PA 327, MCL 259.2.

  • Training manager means the individual responsible for administering a training program and monitoring the performance of principal instructors and guest instructors.

  • State superintendent means the state superintendent of public instruction.

  • Interdisciplinary team means a group of persons with varied professional backgrounds who meet with the member to develop a comprehensive service plan to address the member’s need for services.

  • Supervisory employee means an employee, regardless of job description, having authority in the interest of the employer to hire, transfer, suspend, lay off, recall, promote, discharge, assign, reward, or discipline other employees, or the responsibility to assign work to and direct them, or to adjust their grievances, or effectively recommend that action, if, in connection with the foregoing functions, the exercise of that authority is not of a merely routine or clerical nature, but requires the use of independent judgment.

  • Multidisciplinary team means a group of individuals who possess knowledge and skills related to the diagnosis, assessment, and disposition of child abuse cases and who are professionals practicing in the disciplines of medicine, nursing, public health, substance abuse, domestic violence, mental health, social work, child development, education, law, juvenile probation, or law enforcement, or a group established pursuant to section 235B.1, subsection 1.

  • Maintenance Supervisor (Tradesperson) means an employee who has trade qualifications and has overall responsibility for maintenance at the place of employment and may be required to supervise other maintenance staff.

  • Supervisory Review means ongoing clinical case reviews in accordance with procedures developed by ADMINISTRATOR, to determine the appropriateness of Diagnosis and treatment and to monitor compliance to the minimum ADMINISTRATOR and Medi-Cal charting standards. Supervisory review is conducted by the program/clinic director or designee.

  • Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.

  • Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.

  • Service Coordinator has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Region Manager means the designated DNR staff person responsible for managing the affairs of DNR in designated large geographic areas. The Region Manager may perform the duties of the Contract Manager.

  • Team Leader means an employee who is in a set or team and who is generally responsible for the work executed by the employees comprising such set or team;

  • Architectural Control Committee means and refer to that committee constituted under Article 4 hereof for the review of Development Plans (as hereinafter defined) and other functions.

  • Board of Supervisors means the Board of Supervisors of the County.
