Royalty Commencement Date definition

Royalty Commencement Date means, with respect to each Product in each country, the date of the First Commercial Sale of such Product in such country.

Royalty Commencement Date means: (A) with respect to an ER Product and Other Product, the date that is five (5) years after the First Commercial Launch of the first ER Product or Other Product, whichever is earlier, in the Field in the Territory; and (B) with respect to an FDC Product, the date that is five (5) years after the First Commercial Launch of the first FDC Product in the Field in the Territory.
