Royalty Repurchase definition

Royalty Repurchase has the meaning set forth in Section 15(a).
Royalty Repurchase or “Repurchase Event” shall mean a repurchase by the Company of the Royalty Rights as provided in Article V hereof.

  • Reverse Repurchase Agreement means an agreement pursuant to which the Fund sells Securities and agrees to repurchase such Securities at a described or specified date and price.

  • Master Repurchase Agreement means the Master Repurchase Agreement of even date herewith between the Trust and Bear, Xxxxxxx & Co. Inc. as it may from time to time be amended.

  • Option Closing Purchase Price shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2(b), which aggregate purchase price shall be net of the underwriting discounts and commissions.

  • Repurchased Receivable means a Receivable purchased by Santander Consumer pursuant to Section 3.4 of the Purchase Agreement or by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.6 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Net Proceeds Offer Trigger Date has the meaning provided in Section 4.16.

  • Fundamental Change Purchase Price has the meaning specified in Section 3.01(a).

If such consideration consists of any property other than cash, the Make-Whole Acquisition Stock Price shall be the average of the Closing Price per share of Common Stock on each of the 10 consecutive Trading Days up to, but not including, the Make-Whole Acquisition Effective Date.

  • Subsequent Transfer Instrument: Each Subsequent Transfer Instrument, dated as of a Subsequent Transfer Date, executed by the Trustee and the Depositor substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit I, by which Subsequent Loans are transferred to the Trust Fund.
