Reverse Repurchase Agreement definition

Reverse Repurchase Agreement means an agreement pursuant to which the Fund sells Securities and agrees to repurchase such Securities at a described or specified date and price.

"Senior Security Account" shall mean an account maintained and specifically allocated to a Series under the terms of this Agreement as a segregated account, by recordation or otherwise, within the custody account in which certain Securities and/or other assets of the Fund specifically allocated to such Series shall be deposited and withdrawn from time to time in accordance with Certificates received by the Custodian in connection with such transactions as the Fund may from time to time determine. 25. "Series" shall mean the various portfolios, if any, of the Fund listed on Appendix B hereto as amended from time to time. 26. "Shares" shall mean the shares of capital stock of the Fund, each of which is, in the case of a Fund having Series, allocated to a particular Series. 27. "Stock Index Futures Contract" shall mean a bilateral agreement pursuant to which the parties agree to take or make delivery of an amount of cash equal to a specified dollar amount times the difference between the value of a particular stock index at the close of the last business day of the contract and the price at which the futures contract is originally struck. 28. "Stock Index Option" shall mean an exchange traded option entitling the holder, upon timely exercise, to receive an amount of cash determined by reference to the difference between the exercise price and the value of the index on the date of exercise.
