RPI Index Linked means that the sum concerned shall be increased (if appropriate but not decreased) proportionately in line with the amount by which the RPI Index for the month preceding the date on which any sum is required by this Deed to be paid varies from the RPI Index last published before the date hereof and the last RPI Index published before the date such payment is made
