RSU Grant definition

RSU Grant means a grant to a Participant, under the Program pursuant to Article 19, of RSUs determined with reference to a notional dollar amount;

RSU Grant. A “restricted share unit” granted to a Participant, which would entitle him or her to a cash payment (or stock award), in accordance with his or her RSU Grant Agreement.

• All vesting of the Annual RSU Grant is contingent upon the Non-Employee Director maintaining continued status as a Non-Employee Director through the applicable vesting date.

More Definitions of RSU Grant

RSU Grant means the grant of Restricted Share Units allocated to a Participant at any time in accordance with the Plan;

RSU Grant means a grant to a Participant pursuant to Article 5 of Restricted Share Units determined with reference to a stated dollar amount;

RSU Grant means an award of RSUs subject to the Plan.

RSU Grant means the grant of restricted stock units described in Attachment A.

RSU Grant over a number of shares of the Company’s Common Stock with a grant date aggregate value (per the Company’s standard award grant methodology) equal to $1,000,000 and each will have a three-year vesting term. The first RSU Grant (the “Time-Based RSU Grant”) will be subject to annual service vesting based upon your continuous service as Chief Executive Officer. The second RSU Grant (the “PRSU”) will be subject to vesting upon achievement of certain performance milestones applied to the PRSU grants made to the Company’s other executive officers in fiscal year 2019.

RSU Grant means the annual or such other restricted stock unit awards granted to a Non-Employee Director under the Stock Plan in respect of his or her Board service;

RSU Grant has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(b).
