Rules and Standards definition

Rules and Standards means the qualifications, standards, requirements, and criteria established by the Authority as the minimum requirements to be met as a condition for the right to conduct a Commercial Aeronautical Activity at the Airport.
Rules and Standards means the policies, procedures, criteria, rules, standards and protocols adopted or amended from time to time by WVP, applicable to services provided to Enrollees of the Payer’s Plan, relating to, among other things, quality improvement, utilization management, Medical Protocols and Guidelines, Standards of Care and Service, claims payments, co-payments, Provider compensation, health care service policy, prior authorizations, Referrals and other matters determined by a Payer. Rules and Standards may also be adopted and amended from time to time by a Payer, provided however, in the event of any inconsistency between a Rule and Standard of a Payer and WVP, the Rule and Standard of the Payer for the specific Plan Contract shall control unless WVP has notified Provider otherwise.

  • Codes and Standards means all the applicable codes and standards as indicated in the Technical Specification.
