Specifications and Standards definition

Specifications and Standards means the specifications and standards relating to the quality, quantity, capacity and other requirements for the Project Highway, as set forth in Schedule-D, and any modifications thereof, or additions thereto, as included in the design and engineering for the Project Highway submitted by the Contractor to, and expressly approved by, the Authority;
Specifications and Standards means the specifications and standards relating to the quality, quantity, capacity and other requirements for the Project, as set forth in Schedule-D, and any modifications thereof, or additions thereto, as included in the design and engineering for the Project submitted by the Developer to, and expressly approved by, the Authority;
Specifications and Standards means the specifications and standards relating to the quality, quantity, capacity and other requirements for the Project, as set forth in Schedule-D, and any modifications thereof, or additions thereto, as included in the design and engineering for the Project submitted by the Contractor to, and expressly approved by, the Authority;

Examples of Specifications and Standards in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, it is expressly agreed that the Authority’s Engineer may require the Contractor to carry out or cause to be carried out additional Tests, in accordance with Good Industry Practice, for determining the compliance of the Project Highway or Section thereof with the Specifications and Standards.

  • The Authority’s Engineer shall require the Contractor to carry out or cause to be carried out tests to determine that such remedial measures have brought the Works into compliance with the Specifications and Standards, and the procedure shall be repeated until such Works conform to the Specifications and Standards.

  • After completion of the remedial measures by the Contractor, the auditor shall undertake a closure audit and this process will continue till the remedial measures have brought the maintenance works into compliance with the Specifications and Standards.


More Definitions of Specifications and Standards

Specifications and Standards means the specifications and standards relating to the quality, quantity, capacity and other requirements for the Work, and any modifications thereof, or additions thereto, as included in the design and engineering for the Work executed by the Successful Bidder to, and expressly approved by, the BSCL;
Specifications and Standards means collectively or singularly, as the context may admit or require, the Development Controls, the Technical Specifications and the Performance Standards;
Specifications and Standards means the specifications and standards relating to the quality, quantity, capacity and other requirements for the Power Station, as set forth in the rules and regulations made under the Act;
