Runway primary surface definition
Runway primary surface means a surface longitudinal- ly centered on a runway. The runway primary surface has a width of 250 feet, 125 feet each side of centerline, and a length equal to the length of the runway. The elevation of any point on the prima- ry surface is the same as the elevation of the nearest point on the runway centerline.
