Rural county health care special service district means a special service district formed to provide health care in a third, fourth, fifth, or sixth class county as defined in Section 17-50-501.
Special service district means the same as that term is defined in Section 17D-1-102.
Health care provider or "provider" means:
Health and Human Services Commission or “HHSC” means the administrative agency established under Chapter 531, Texas Government Code, or its designee.
School district means a public school district.
