Goods/Services definition

Goods/Services means the goods and/or services detailed in the Purchase Order issued by Versuni Supplier; “Intellectual Property Rights” (or “IPR”) means all intellectual property rights of any nature applied for or existing anywhere in the world for their full term and together with any revivals, renewals or extensions. “Purchase Order” means the Versuni purchase order issued by Versuni to procure Goods/Services from the Supplier, to which these conditions are attached by reference;;

• Although Contractor may offer lower prices to Purchasers, during the term of this Contract, Contractor guarantees to provide the Goods/Services at no greater than the Fixed Fee prices set forth in Exhibit A – Goods/Services & Pricing (subject to economic or other adjustment as set forth herein).

More Definitions of Goods/Services

Goods/Services means goods/items/materials/services, which the Contractor is required to supply to the DUHS under this Contract.

Goods/Services means the Goods and or Services which are the subject of the Contract, as the context requires.

Goods/Services means all goods and services, as set out in the Bid Document, which include all supplies, materials, equipment, general maintenance and services, construction and works contracts, leases, rentals, and repairs of equipment; consulting and professional services, including the services provided by architects, engineers, designers, real estate appraisers, management or financial consultants, brokers or lawyers and any other consulting or professional service rendered on behalf of the Town.
