SaaS Subscription means the hosted services provided by or on behalf of Dynatrace to Customer, including the electronic reports, analyses, and statistical and performance-related information generated by the SaaS Subscription.

Examples of SaaS Subscription in a sentence

  • City’s access to and use of and Contractor’s provision of the SaaS Software Applications and other Services listed on a SaaS Subscription Schedule and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the SaaS Subscription Schedule and Contract documents, as appropriate.

  • If Customer’s PoE states that Customer’s renewal is automatic, Customer may terminate the expiring IBM SaaS Subscription Period by written request to Customer’s IBM sales representative or IBM Business Partner, at least ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date as set forth in the PoE.

More Definitions of SaaS Subscription

SaaS Subscription means subscription-based access to certain PowerSchool- Software as a cloud-based service provided to Customer pursuant to this Agreement, now or in the future, including any accompanying Support Services.

Related to SaaS Subscription

  • User Subscriptions means the user subscriptions purchased by the Customer and set out in the Subscription Order Form which entitle Authorised Users to access and use the Services in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Subscription Period means the duration of Customer’s authorized use of the Subscription Services as designated in the Order.

  • Subscription Agent shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a)(iv) hereof.
