SAB Bond definition

SAB Bond. A Scheduled Amortization Bond, as specifically identified in the related Series Supplement, with respect to which principal is payable on each SAB Payment Date of such Series only up to the amount of the SAB Principal Payment indicated for such SAB Payment Date.

  • Bail bond means the same as that term is defined in Section 31A-35-102.

  • Debt bondage means the status or condition of a debtor arising from a pledge by the debtor of his or her personal services or of those of a person under his or her control as a security for debt, if the value of those services as reasonably assessed is not applied
