Safe School Climate Coordinator definition

Safe School Climate Coordinator means the individual appointed by the Superintendent of Schools from existing staff who is responsible for:
Safe School Climate Coordinator. (the “Coordinator”) means the Superintendent or the certified administrator appointed by the Superintendent to oversee the implementation of the district's Safe School Climate Plan and perform the duties described herein.

Examples of Safe School Climate Coordinator in a sentence

  • For the school year commencing July 1, 2012, and each school year thereafter, the Superintendent shall appoint, from existing school district staff, a District Safe School Climate Coordinator (“Coordinator”).

  • The Superintendent shall appoint, from existing school district staff, a District Safe School Climate Coordinator (“Coordinator”).

  • Such reports may be filed with any building administrator and/or the Safe School Climate Specialist and all reports shall be forwarded to the Safe School Climate Coordinator for review and actions consistent with this Plan.

  • If the Principal of a school (or his/her designee) reasonably believes that any act of bullying constitutes a criminal offense, the Safe School Climate Coordinator, on behalf of the principal, shall notify appropriate law enforcement.

  • If a bullying complaint raises concern about discrimination or harassment on the basis of a legally protected classifications (such as race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age or disability), the Safe School Climate Specialist, in conjunction with the Safe School Climate Coordinator shall also coordinate any investigation with other appropriate personnel within the district as appropriate (e.g. Title IX Coordinator, Section 504 Coordinator etc.).

  • In any instance in which bullying is verified, the Safe School Climate Specialist, in conjunction with the Safe School Climate Coordinator shall also invite the parents or guardians of the student who commits any verified act of bullying and the parents or guardian of the student against whom such act was directed to separate meetings to communicate the measures being taken by the school to ensure the safety of the student/target and to prevent further acts of bullying.

  • Following investigation, if acts of bullying are verified, the Safe School Climate Specialist, in conjunction with the Safe School Climate Coordinator shall notify the parents or guardians of the students against whom such acts were directed as well as the parents or guardians of the students who commit such acts of bullying of the finding not later than forty-eight hours after the investigation is completed.

  • In investigating reports of bullying, the Safe School Climate Specialist, in conjunction with the Safe School Climate Coordinator will consider all available information known, including the nature of the allegations and the ages of the students involved.

  • In making this determination, the Safe School Climate Coordinator, on behalf of the principal, may consult with the school resource officer, and other individuals deemed appropriate.

  • If bullying is verified, the Safe School Climate Specialist, in conjunction with Safe School Climate Coordinator and mental health personnel in the school shall develop a student safety support plan for any student against whom an act of bullying was directed.

  • Program coordinator means a registered nurse responsible for administrative aspects of a state-approved nurse aide training course.

The Reliability Coordinator has the purview that is broad enough to enable the calculation of Interconnection Reliability Operating Limits, which may be based on the operating parameters of transmission systems beyond any Transmission Operator’s vision.

  • Sustainability Coordinator means BofA Securities, in its capacity as the sustainability coordinator.

  • Scheduling Coordinator or “SC” means an entity certified by the CAISO as qualifying as a Scheduling Coordinator pursuant to the CAISO Tariff for the purposes of undertaking the functions specified in “Responsibilities of a Scheduling Coordinator,” of the CAISO Tariff, as amended from time to time.

  • Title IX Coordinator means an employee of the school district that coordinates the school district’s efforts to comply with and carry out its responsibilities under Title IX. The Title IX Coordinator is responsible for acting as the primary contact for the parties and ensuring that the parties are provided with all notices, evidence, reports, and written determinations to which they are entitled under this policy and grievance process. The Title IX Coordinator is also responsible for effective implementation of any supportive measures or remedies. The Title IX Coordinator must be free from conflicts of interest and bias when administrating the grievance process.

  • Service coordination means a specialized care management service that is performed by a Service Coordinator and that includes but is not limited to:

  • Project Leader has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.

  • Program Manager means the HCAI manager responsible for the grant program.

  • Reliability Coordinator Area means that portion of the Bulk Electric System under the purview of the Reliability Coordinator.

  • Order Coordination refers to standard BellSouth service order coordination involving SL2 voice loops and all digital loops. Order coordination for physical conversions will be scheduled at BellSouth’s discretion during normal working hours on the committed due date and ICG advised.

  • Relationship Manager means the individual who is appointed by us from time to time and notified to you in writing as your relationship manager in relation to the relevant services provided to you under these Terms and/or provided by our Associate;

  • Training manager means the individual responsible for administering a training program and monitoring the performance of principal instructors and guest instructors.

  • Alliance Manager has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Care coordination means a process-oriented activity to facilitate ongoing communication and collaboration to meet multiple needs. Care coordination includes facilitating communication between the family, natural supports, community resources, and involved providers and agencies; organizing, facilitating and participating in team meetings; and providing for continuity of care by creating linkages to and managing transitions between levels of care and transitions for young adults in transition to adult services.

  • Contract Manager means the DNR staff person who processes this contract, makes payments, provides and facilitates dispute resolution, provides technical advice to the Compliance Forester, and is the first point of contact for questions relating to this contract or interpretation of Work. The Contract Manager may perform the duties of the Compliance Forester.
