Safety Policies definition

Safety Policies all Policies, current or past, which are owned or maintained by or on behalf of the Company or any of its predecessors which relate to the Safety Business but do not relate to the New Xxxxxx Businesses, including without limitation the Policies identified on Schedule 1.01(c)(3).
Safety Policies shall have the meaning set forth in Article 12.0.

More Definitions of Safety Policies

Safety Policies includes all known and unknown insurance policies issued by or on behalf of Safety that provide coverage to the City, including, but not limited to, the policies listed on Exhibit A hereto.

Related to Safety Policies

  • City Policies means any or all (as the context requires) of those procedures, standards and/or standard specifications, requirements, policies and the like listed in Schedule H or notified to the Supplier from time to time, as the same may be updated, modified, expanded, revised, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time by the City (as notified to the Supplier);

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • Privacy Policies has the meaning specified in Section 4.36.

  • Policies means insurance policies and insurance Contracts of any kind (other than life and benefits policies or Contracts), including primary, excess and umbrella policies, comprehensive general liability policies, director and officer liability, fiduciary liability, automobile, aircraft, property and casualty, business interruption, workers’ compensation and employee dishonesty insurance policies, bonds and self-insurance and captive insurance company arrangements, together with the rights, benefits and privileges thereunder.

  • Safety Plan means a written document that has procedures, requirements, or standards related to safety which the pool staff shall follow. The safety plan shall include training and emergency response procedures.
