Safety Policies definition

Safety Policies all Policies, current or past, which are owned or maintained by or on behalf of the Company or any of its predecessors which relate to the Safety Business but do not relate to the New ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Businesses, including without limitation the Policies identified on Schedule 1.01(c)(3).

More Definitions of Safety Policies

Safety Policies includes all known and unknown insurance policies issued by or on behalf of Safety that provide coverage to the City, including, but not limited to, the policies listed on Exhibit A hereto.

Related to Safety Policies
