Said Phase definition

Said Phase means the work of development of the Said Phase Land by constructing thereupon 1 Block of 2 buildings comprising ground plus 16 floors each in accordance with the Sanctioned Plans and handing over possession of the completed Apartments therein to the Allottees thereof, respectively.

  • The Promoter has assured the Allottees that the Said Phase in its entirety is in accordance with the applicable laws of West Bengal and the Promoters are executing the Said Phase in compliance with the laws and/or regulations as applicable in this State.

  • After its formation, the Developer shall hand over the management and maintenance of the Block Common Portion and the Phase Common Portions to the Phase Association of the Said Phase.

  • The Developer shall manage and maintain the Block Common Portion and the Phase Common Portions till the Phase Association of the Said Phase, as mention in Article 7 of Schedule-J, is formed.

  • Provided that if there is any new imposition or increase of any development charges after the expiry of the scheduled date of completion of the Said Phase as per registration with the Authority, which shall include the extension of registration, if any, granted to the Said Phase by the Authority as per the Act, the same shall not be charged from the Allottee.

  • After obtaining the occupancy certificate, the completion certificate, the partial occupancy certificate or the partial completion certificate, as the case may be, for the Said Phase and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoters to handover the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the association of the Allottees or the Competent Authority, as the case may be, as per the applicable laws.

  • Wherever in this Agreement it is stipulated that the Allottee has to make any payment, in common with the other Allottees of the Said Block, Said Phase or the Said Project, as the case may be, the same shall be the proportion which the carpet area of the Apartment bears to the total carpet area of all the Apartments in the Said Block, the Said Phase or the Said Project, as the case may be.

Related to Said Phase

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.

  • Design Phase means the period during which the Transporter shall prepare a draft project proposal for publication in accordance with section 4.3;

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Phase 1 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation; (2) construction of the Proposed Line; (3) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Lines 971 and 000 xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx xx the NYSEG ROW to allow for construction of the Proposed Line as intended; (4) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to accept the Proposed Line; and (5) National Grid’s conveyance to NYSEG of the NYSEG Acquired ROW and such other land interests as contemplated by the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

  • Phase or “Phases” in respect of the Project shall mean that the components of the Project are placed in service during more than one year during the Investment Period, and the word “Phase” shall therefore refer to the applicable portion of the Project placed in service in a given year during the Investment Period.

  • Phase III means human clinical trials, the principal purpose of which is to establish substantial evidence of both safety and efficacy in patients with the disease or condition being studied, as more fully defined in 21 C.F.R. §312.21(c) or similar clinical study in a country other than the United States.   • Commissioning Tests means all of the procedures and tests which, in accordance with the Reasonable and Prudent Standard, and in compliance with industry guidelines, practices and standards, are:

  • Study Completion means the database for the Study has been locked and all Essential Documents have been provided to the Sponsor, including a copy of the letter from the Reviewing HREC acknowledging receipt of the final report and/or closure letter from the Principal Investigator.

  • Commissioning test means tests applied to a distributed generation facility by the applicant after construction is completed to verify that the facility does not create adverse system impacts and performs to the submitted specifications. At a minimum, the scope of the commissioning tests performed shall include the commissioning test specified in Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE) Standard 1547 Section 5.4 "Commissioning tests".

  • Tests after Completion means the tests (if any) which are specified in the Contract and which are carried out in accordance with the Specification after the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.

  • Commissioning means the process for determining the need for and for obtaining the supply of healthcare and related services by the Trust within available resources.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Phase 2 Clinical Trial means a human clinical trial of a product in any country that would satisfy the requirements of 21 C.F.R. 312.21(b) and is intended to explore a variety of doses, dose response, and duration of effect, and to generate initial evidence of clinical safety and activity in a target patient population, or a similar clinical study prescribed by the relevant Regulatory Authorities in a country other than the United States.

  • Project Commencement Date means the commencement date notified to the Minister pursuant to clause 4(1);

  • Residential child care facility means a twenty-four-hour residential facility where children live together with or are supervised by adults who are not their parents or relatives;

  • Phase III Study means a human clinical trial that is prospectively designed to demonstrate statistically whether a product is safe and effective for use in humans in a manner sufficient to obtain regulatory approval to market such product in patients having the disease or condition being studied as described in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(c) (FDCA), as amended from time to time, and the foreign equivalent thereof.

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • Notice to Proceed (NTP) means the authorization issued by the CO to start performance on this Contract.

  • Phase 1 Clinical Trial means a human clinical trial of a Licensed Product that would satisfy the requirements of 21 C.F.R. 312.21(a) or corresponding foreign regulations.

  • Phase I Study means a human clinical trial in any country that would satisfy the requirements of 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(a) (FDCA), as amended from time to time, and the foreign equivalent thereof.

  • Phase III Trial means a Clinical Trial of an investigational product in subjects that incorporates accepted endpoints for confirmation of statistical significance of efficacy and safety with the aim to generate data and results that can be submitted to obtain Regulatory Approval as described in 21 C.F.R. 312.21(c), or a comparable Clinical Trial prescribed by the relevant Regulatory Authority in a country other than the United States.

  • Commence commercial operation means, with regard to a unit that serves a generator, to have begun to produce steam, gas, or other heated medium used to generate electricity for sale or use, including test generation subject to the following:
