Salary maintenance may apply to some employees, in limited circumstances (see Appendix D).
Salary maintenance will be calculated on the basis of the employee’s regular and ongoing salary.
Salary maintenance payments are made at the employee’s Annual Salary rate.
Salary maintenance will be calculated on a pro-rata basis if the new position is part-time.
