Salary Review definition

Salary Review means the process to revise the salary structure of the Students’ Union;
Salary Review means a revision of employee remunerations undertaken by the Society through any of its designated bodies.
Salary Review. A salary review is a review of an individual employee's salary in terms of clause 13 of this Collective Agreement.

Examples of Salary Review in a sentence

  • The Salary Review Committee (“SRC”) shall be continued for the life of this Agreement.

  • Faculty members whose salaries are adjusted as provided in this section will be excluded from any salary study, or as a point of comparison for the purpose of evaluating or setting the salaries paid to other faculty members, except that the Salary Review Committee may choose to include such faculty for these purposes.

Salary Review. The District shall conduct a market based salary survey by a mutually agreeable classification consultant to be conducted in February of every third year, beginning in 2008. The study shall evaluate the relative position of salaries paid to benchmark classifications in relationship to other employers. When performing the labor market study, the consultant shall survey the three other Orange County Community College Districts, major Orange County Private and Public employers, and other California multi-college districts of similar size. The results of the study shall be submitted to the District and CSEA for negotiations.

  • Salary range is the range of rates between, and including, the minimum and maximum rate currently authorized for the class;

  • Salary reduction plan means a benefit plan whereby state and

  • Utilization review plan or "plan" means a written procedure for performing review.

  • Monthly Salary Rate means the amount agreed to by Owner that can be used on Applications for Payment throughout the Construction Phase to account for the monthly salary costs of Contractor’s salaried personnel assigned to the Project. A Monthly Salary Rate must be established for each salaried person and must be approved in writing by Owner in advance of any Application for Payment for that person. The Monthly Salary Rate is for convenience only and any payments made for Contractor’s personnel are subject to audit to determine the actual cost of the wages and allowable employer contributions incurred by Contractor for services performed. The initial Monthly Salary Rate is included in Exhibit “G” attached to this Agreement.

  • Deferral Year means each calendar year during which the Trustee makes, or is entitled to make, Compensation Deferrals under Section 3 hereof.
