Sale and Purchase Price definition

Sale and Purchase Price means the total purchase price for the Property under the Sale and Purchase Agreement or the Principal Sale and Purchase Agreement (as applicable);
Sale and Purchase Price shall have the meaning assigned to it under the Property Sale Agreement;
Sale and Purchase Price means the total Sale and Purchase Price of the Property under the Sale and Purchase Agreement as set out in Item 3(b) of the First Schedule herein.
