Sale Completion definition

Sale Completion completion of the Sale in accordance with Clause 3(A);
Sale Completion means the earlier of the date on which a Buyer accepts delivery the Bid Product or the date on which the Inspection Period expires;
Sale Completion means 25 November 2015.

Related to Sale Completion

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.
