Sale Completion definition

Sale Completion completion of the Sale in accordance with Clause 3(A);
Sale Completion means 25 November 2015.
Sale Completion has the meaning given in schedule 3. SALE DEADLINE means 30 June 2004.

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.
