Sales Aids means materials, in whatever form, designed, approved and produced by NSUSA to assist in the marketing of the Products in the Territory.

Examples of Sales Aids in a sentence

  • NSUSA shall pay the commercial invoices for Products and Sales Aids shipped under this Agreement in immediately available funds by wire transfer to a bank or banks designated by NSI, or by such other means of payment agreed to by NSI from time to time.

  • Video lottery terminal sales agent means a lottery sales agent licensed under Chapter 3770. of the ORC to conduct video lottery terminals on behalf of the state pursuant to Section 3770.21 of the ORC.
