All Promotional Materials used by the Santarus Sales Force or bearing the Santarus Trademarks will be subject to the review and approval of the Santarus CAC.
Novartis shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Elan means Elan Corp and its Affiliates.
ONYX means Onyx Acceptance Corporation, and its successors.
PTI means Preliminary Toxicity Investigation. Up to a 30-day period where the permittee investigates the cause(s) of a whole effluent toxicity exceedance and if the toxicity is known, includes a proposal for its elimination.
BMS means the Company, all related companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, successors, assigns and all organizations acquired by the foregoing.

Merck has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
GSK has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Lilly has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
SPI means the information categories listed at Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 521.002(a)(2).

ISIS means the department’s individualized services information system.

Product Manufacturer means the entity that assembles the component parts to manufacture the final Product;
CTI means Castle Transmission International Limited.
Tobacco product manufacturer means an entity that after the date of enactment of this act directly (and not exclusively through any affiliate) meets 1 or more of the following:
BLS means Basic Life Support.
ABI means Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV, its domestic and foreign parents, predecessors, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, partnerships and joint ventures (excluding Crown, and, prior to the completion of the Transaction, Modelo); and all directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives of the foregoing. The terms “parent,” “subsidiary,” “affiliate,” and “joint venture” refer to any person in which there is majority (greater than 50 percent) or total ownership or control between the company and any other person.

CDC means the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Intel means Intel Corporation, a Delaware corporation.
Spectrum means frequencies of electromagnetic spectrum used to provide fixed or mobile communications services as licensed or authorized by the FCC.
PTC means the tax credit for electricity produced from certain renewable generation resources described in Section 45 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as it may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
