Investment Policies means the investment objectives, policies, restrictions and limitations set forth in the “BUSINESS” section of its Registration Statement, and as the same may be changed, altered, expanded, amended, modified, terminated or restated from time to time.
Investment Policies has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.11(c).

Examples of Investment Policies in a sentence
The Borrower will not, nor will it permit any of its Subsidiaries to, amend or modify the Investment Policies (other than a Permitted Policy Amendment).
The Borrower will not, nor will it permit any of its Subsidiaries (other than Immaterial Subsidiaries) to, engage to any material extent in any business other than in accordance with its Investment Policies.

More Definitions of Investment Policies
Investment Policies means the Borrower’s written investment objectives, policies, restrictions and limitations as in existence on the Original Effective Date (including the Investment Advisor’s most recent Form ADV, which describes allocation and conflicts mitigation guidelines that the Investment Advisor adheres to) delivered to the Administrative Agent prior to the Original Effective Date, as may be amended or modified from time to time by a Permitted Policy Amendment.
Investment Policies as to each Borrower, the fundamental and non-fundamental policies, and related limits and restrictions, on investing by such Borrower set forth in the statement of additional information for such Borrower, as such statement of additional information may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
Investment Policies as to the Borrower, the policies and objectives for, and limits and restrictions on, investing by the Borrower set forth in the Borrower’s registration statement or Prospectus.

Investment Policies means the written statement of the Borrower’s investment policies delivered on the Effective Date pursuant to Section 4.01(h) and as the same may be amended from time to time by a Permitted Policy Amendment.
Investment Policies means the credit policies and procedures of Monroe Capital BDC Advisors, LLC and the Investment Allocation Policy, each as in existence on the Original Effective Date.
