SAS 70 Report definition

SAS 70 Report has the meaning set forth in Section 14.9(a).
SAS 70 Report has the meaning provided in Section 22.5.
SAS 70 Report means a report prepared to document a Statement of Accounting Standards No. 70 Type II review conducted on behalf of Service Provider by an external auditor selected as set forth below.

  • Except as respects Bank’s SAS 70 Report, as to which there shall be no charge, the Customer shall pay reasonable expenses of the Bank and any Subcustodians under this provision.

Related to SAS 70 Report

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 8, 2016 and effective December 31, 2015;

  • Financial Report means the annual financial report prepared under Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act for the Company and its controlled entities;
