Commonwealth Minister means the local Minister within the meaning of the gas pipelines access legislation of the Commonwealth;
Nonprofit corporation means a nonstock corporation organized under ch. 181 that is a nonprofit corporation, as defined in s. 181.0103 (17).
Michigan economic development corporation means the public body corporate created under section 28 of article VII of the state constitution of 1963 and the urban cooperation act of 1967, 1967 (Ex Sess) PA 7, MCL 124.501 to 124.512, by a contractual interlocal agreement effective April 5, 1999, as amended, between local participating economic development corporations formed under the economic development corporations act, 1974 PA 338, MCL 125.1601 to 125.1636, and the Michigan strategic fund. If the Michigan economic development corporation is unable for any reason to perform its duties under this act, those duties may be exercised by the Michigan strategic fund.
Foreign nonprofit corporation means an entity:
provincial director means the provincial director as defined in regulation 1 of the General Administrative Regulations, 2003;
Agricultural operation means an agricultural operation as defined in the Agricultural Operation Practices Act;
Next Michigan development corporation means that term as defined in section 3 of the next Michigan development act, 2010 PA 275, MCL 125.2953.
the Commonwealth means the Commonwealth of Australia as the party to this agreement;
Abbeyfield Home means an establishment run by the Abbeyfield Society including all bodies corporate or unincorporated which are affiliated to that society;
New Jersey CANCELLATION section is amended as follows: A ten percent (10%) penalty per month shall be applied to refunds not paid or credited within forty-five (45) days of receipt of returned Service Agreement.
Commonwealth Citizen means any person who has the status of a Commonwealth citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981, not covered by the ‘UK Nationality’ definition above. This includes British Dependent Territories citizens (other than Gibraltarians), British Overseas citizens, and from 1986 those persons in the category British National (Overseas).
Family farm corporation means a corporation founded for the purpose of farming agricultural land in which the majority of the voting stock is held by and the majority of the stockholders are persons or the spouse of persons related to each other within the fourth degree of kinship, according to the rules of the civil law, and at least one of the related persons is residing on or actively operating the farm, and none of whose stockholders are a corporation. A family farm corporation does not cease to qualify under this division where, by reason of any devise, bequest, or the operation of the laws of descent or distribution, the ownership of shares of voting stock is transferred to another person, as long as that person is within the degree of kinship stipulated in this division.
of a corporation means all classes of Capital Stock of such corporation then outstanding and normally entitled to vote in the election of directors.
the Commonwealth Act means the legislation of the Commonwealth Parliament by which this agreement is authorized to be executed by or on behalf of the Commonwealth;
Ontario Health means the corporation without share capital under the name Ontario Health as continued under the CCA;
State Director means the chief administrative officer of the State water pollution control agency, or the authorized representative of the State Director.
agricultural holding means a portion of land not less than 0.8 hectares in extent used solely or mainly for the purpose of agriculture, horticulture or for breeding or keeping domesticated animals, poultry or bees;
Deputy Director means the Deputy Director of the Authority, as the case may be.
ordinarily resident means a person who actually lives and has lived continuously within the community council’s geographic territory as described in its MNO Community Charter Agreement for at least one (1) month immediately prior to the date of the community council’s election announcement. Such person must have a permanent residence (i.e. address) within the community council’s geographic area. In making such determination, temporary absences from the community for reasons such as travel, education, medical treatment, military service or incarceration shall be considered periods of residence provided the person was ordinarily resident prior to such temporary absence. Such person can have only one place of ordinary residence.
Ordinarily Resident in Ireland means “Ordinarily Resident in Ireland” as defined in
Georgia means the territory recognised by the international community within the state borders of Georgia, including land territory, internal waters and territorial sea, the air space above them, in respect of which Georgia exercises its sovereignty, as well as the contiguous zone, the exclusive economic zone and continental shelf adjacent to its territorial sea, in respect of which Georgia may exercise its sovereign rights in accordance with the international law;
Irish Resident means any person Resident in Ireland or Ordinarily Resident in Ireland for tax purposes;
Director of Nursing means the Registered Nurse Level 5, appointed as such, who has charge of the nursing staff and who may also be required to supervise other staff (including domestic staff).
Agricultural operations means the growing and harvesting of crops or the raising of fowl or animals for the primary purpose of making a profit, providing a livelihood, or conducting agricultural research or instruction by an educational institution. Agricultural operations do not include activities involving the processing or distribution of crops or fowl.
Community Development Director means the Director of City’s Department of Community Development or his or her designee.
Corporations Law means the Corporations Law of the Commonwealth of Australia as applying in each State and Territory of Australia;
