Examples of the Commonwealth in a sentence
For the purpose of all legal proceedings, this Agreement will be deemed to have been performed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts will have the exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any action arising under this Agreement.
The Executive and the Breathe Group each hereby attorns to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts provided that nothing in this Agreement will prevent the Breathe Group from proceeding at its election against the Executive in the courts of any other province or country.
