SBA Approval definition

SBA Approval has the meaning set forth in Section 7.01(b)(ii).
SBA Approval means the consent of the SBA to the transfer of the SBA Loans contemplated by this Agreement.
SBA Approval has the meaning specified in Section 6.03(c).

More Definitions of SBA Approval

SBA Approval has the meaning assigned to it in Section 4.4 hereof.
SBA Approval means any approvals required by the U.S. Small Business Administration (the “SBA”) to be obtained by Purchaser to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and approval required, if any, by the SBA to be obtained by the Bank for the Bank to be a licensed SBA lender. “Straddle Period” means any taxable year or period beginning prior to the Closing Date and ending after the Closing Date.
