SBA Approval has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(c).

SBA Approval means any approvals required by the U.S. Small Business Administration (the “SBA”) to be obtained by Purchaser to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and approval required, if any, by the SBA to be obtained by the Bank for the Bank to be a licensed SBA lender. “Straddle Period” means any taxable year or period beginning prior to the Closing Date and ending after the Closing Date.

  • IRB approval means the determination of the IRB that the research has been reviewed and may be conducted at an institution within the constraints set forth by the IRB and by other institutional and federal requirements.
