As used herein, SBC MISSOURI means Southwestern Bell Telephone, L.P. d/b/a SBC Missouri, the applicable SBC-owned ILEC doing business in Missouri.
SBC MISSOURI represents and warrants that it has full power and authority to perform its obligations hereunder.

License applications and information received by SBC MISSOURI in connection with such applications shall be subject to the provisions of Article 27 of this Appendix (Confidentiality of Information).
