SCE Parties definition

SCE Parties means SCE, its affiliates, and each of their respective past, present and future officers, directors, partners, employees, agents, representatives, shareholders, attorneys, affiliates, parent and subsidiary corporations, divisions, insurance carriers, heirs, legal representatives, beneficiaries, executors, administrators, predecessors, transferees, successors and assigns.

  • Notice Parties means those Persons who are required to receive notice of filings made with the CPUC pursuant to A. 00-00-000.

For the purpose of this Contract, vendors of support services, not otherwise known as human service providers or educators, shall not be considered subcontractors, e.g. lawn care, unless such activity is considered part of a training, vocational or educational program.

  • Party/Parties means Buyer and Seller individually/collectively.

  • Prepetition Secured Parties means the “Secured Parties” under, and as defined in, the Prepetition Credit Agreement, in each case as amended, modified or supplemented through the Petition Date.

  • Relevant Parties means the Agent, each Borrower, each Security Party, the Security Trustee, each Lender and the Swap Bank;

  • U.S. Loan Parties means, collectively, the Parent Borrower and the U.S. Subsidiary Guarantors.

  • Concert Parties means such persons as are deemed to be Acting in Concert with Mediahuis or INM (as the context so requires) pursuant to Rule 3.3 of Part A of the Takeover Rules, and such persons as are Acting in Concert with that party;

  • Canadian Secured Parties means, collectively, the Administrative Agent, the Revolving Credit Lenders, the Canadian Hedge Banks, the Canadian Cash Management Banks, each co-agent or sub-agent appointed by the Administrative Agent from time to time pursuant to Section 11.5, any other holder from time to time of any Canadian Secured Obligations and, in each case, their respective successors and permitted assigns.
