Concert Parties definition

Concert Parties means such Persons as are deemed to be Acting in Concert with AbbVie pursuant to Rule 3.3 of Part A of the Takeover Rules.
Concert Parties means in relation to any party, such persons as are deemed to be Acting in Concert with that party pursuant to Rule 3.3 of Part A of the Irish Takeover Rules and such persons as are Acting in Concert with that party and "Concert Party" means any one of them;

More Definitions of Concert Parties

Concert Parties means such persons as are deemed to be Acting in Concert with Mediahuis or INM (as the context so requires) pursuant to Rule 3.3 of Part A of the Takeover Rules, and such persons as are Acting in Concert with that party;
