Scenario Default Rate definition

Scenario Default Rate means, with respect to the Loans at any time, an estimate of the cumulative default rate for the Current Portfolio or the Proposed Portfolio, as applicable, consistent with S&P’s initial rating of the Loans, determined by application by the Services Provider and the Collateral Administrator of the S&P CDO Monitor at such time.

Related to Scenario Default Rate

  • Post-Default Rate means, in respect of any principal of any Loan or any other Obligation that is not paid when due (whether at stated maturity, by acceleration, by optional or mandatory prepayment or otherwise), a rate per annum equal to the Base Rate as in effect from time to time plus the Applicable Margin for Base Rate Loans plus four percent (4.0%).

  • Default Rate means an interest rate equal to (a) the Base Rate plus (b) the Applicable Rate, if any, applicable to Base Rate Loans plus (c) 2% per annum; provided, however, that with respect to a Eurodollar Rate Loan, the Default Rate shall be an interest rate equal to the interest rate (including any Applicable Rate) otherwise applicable to such Loan plus 2% per annum, in each case to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Laws.

  • Debt Rate means, with respect to (i) any Series of Equipment Notes, the rate per annum specified for such Series under the heading “Interest Rate” in Schedule I to the Trust Indenture (as amended, in the case of any Additional Series, at the time of original issuance of such Additional Series), and (ii) any other purpose, with respect to any period, the weighted average interest rate per annum during such period borne by the outstanding Equipment Notes, excluding any interest payable at the Payment Due Rate.

  • Default Ratio means the ratio (expressed as a percentage and rounded to the nearest 1/100 of 1%, with 5/1000th of 1% rounded upward) computed as of the last day of each Fiscal Month by dividing: (a) the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Pool Receivables that became Defaulted Receivables during such Fiscal Month, by (b) the aggregate initial Outstanding Balance of all Pool Receivables (other than Unbilled Receivables) generated by the Originators during the month that is seven (7) Fiscal Months before such Fiscal Month.

  • Modification Default Loss means the loss calculated in Exhibits 2a(1)-(3) for single family loans previously modified pursuant to this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement that subsequently default and result in a foreclosure, short sale or Deficient Loss.

  • Note Margin With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the fixed percentage set forth in the related Mortgage Note and indicated in Exhibit One hereto as the "NOTE MARGIN," which percentage is added to the Index on each Adjustment Date to determine (subject to rounding in accordance with the related Mortgage Note, the Periodic Cap, the Maximum Mortgage Rate and the Minimum Mortgage Rate) the interest rate to be borne by such Mortgage Loan until the next Adjustment Date.

  • Collateral Rate means, for any Interest Period, the rate specified in the Loan Agreement.

  • Applicable Margins means collectively the Applicable L/C Margin, the Applicable Unused Line Fee Margin, the Applicable Revolver Index Margin and the Applicable Revolver LIBOR Margin.
