Schedule 84 definition

Schedule 84 means the Federal Supply Schedule for alarm and signal systems, facility management systems, firefighting and rescue equipment, law enforcement and security equipment, marine craft and related equipment, special purpose clothing, and related services (as contained in Federal Supply Classification Code Group 84 or any amended or subsequent version of that Federal supply classification group).

  • Schedule 9 means Schedule 9 to the Taxes Act 1988;

  • Schedule E means internal revenue service schedule E (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Schedule F means internal revenue service schedule F (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Schedule 3 means Schedule 3 to ITEPA;

  • Schedule means a schedule to this Agreement.

  • Schedule 4 means Schedule 4 to ITEPA;

  • Information Certificate means the Information Certificate of Borrower constituting Exhibit A hereto containing material information with respect to Borrower, its business and assets provided by or on behalf of Borrower to Lender in connection with the preparation of this Agreement and the other Financing Agreements and the financing arrangements provided for herein.

  • Schedule of Exceptions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5, and is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Schedule 2 means Schedule 2 of this Licence unless otherwise stated;

  • Disclosure Letters means the Seller Disclosure Letter and the Buyer Disclosure Letter.

  • Schedule C means internal revenue service schedule C (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Disclosed Litigation has the meaning specified in Section 3.01(b).

  • Schedule B herein mean Schedule B attached hereto as constituted on the Effective Date, and thereafter as it may be amended from time to time (deemed or in writing) pursuant to Section 16 or 19(l).

  • JT No-Action Letters means SMC Capital, Inc., SEC No-Action Letter (pub. avail. Sept. 5, 1995) and Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, SEC No-Action Letter (pub. avail. June 7, 2000).

  • Section 510(b) Claims means any Claim against any Debtor: (a) arising from the rescission of a purchase or sale of a Security of any Debtor or an affiliate of any Debtor; (b) for damages arising from the purchase or sale of such a Security; or (c) for reimbursement or contribution Allowed under section 502 of the Bankruptcy Code on account of such a Claim; provided that a Section 510(b) Claim shall not include any Claims subject to subordination under section 510(b) of the Bankruptcy Code arising from or related to an Interest.

  • Disclosure Letter means that certain Disclosure Letter, dated as of the Closing Date, executed and delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders.

  • Related Party Transactions has the meaning set forth in Section 3.21.

  • Policy Schedule means a schedule attached to these Terms and Benefits, which sets out, among others, the Policy Effective Date, Renewal Date, the name and the relevant particulars of the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, the eligible benefits, premium and other relevant details in respect of these Terms and Benefits.

  • Schedule 1 means Schedule 1 of this Licence unless otherwise stated;

  • Closing Checklist means the schedule, including all appendices, exhibits or schedules thereto, listing certain documents and information to be delivered in connection with the Agreement, the other Loan Documents and the transactions contemplated thereunder, substantially in the form attached hereto as Annex D.

  • Disclosed Matters means the actions, suits and proceedings and the environmental matters disclosed in Schedule 3.06.

  • Disclosure Schedules means the Disclosure Schedules of the Company delivered concurrently herewith.

  • Schedule of Contracts means the list or lists of Contracts attached as Schedule A to this Agreement, which Contracts are being transferred to the Owner Trustee as part of the Trust Estate, which list or lists shall set forth the following information with respect to each such Contract in numbered columns:

  • Excluded Matters has the meaning given in Section 6.3.

  • Disclosure Schedule means the Disclosure Schedule, dated as of the date hereof, delivered by the Seller to the Purchaser in connection with this Agreement.

  • Existing Liens means Liens on the property or assets of the Company and/or any of its Subsidiaries existing on the date of this Indenture securing Indebtedness of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries (other than Liens incurred pursuant to clause (1) of Section 4.07 hereof).
