  • Such notices, demands and other communications shall be sent to the Corporation at the address specified below and to any Holder or to any other party subject to this Agreement at such address as indicated on the Schedule of Holders, or at such address or to the attention of such other Person as the recipient party has specified by prior written notice to the sending party.

  • Upon due execution and delivery of a Joinder by such additional Holder and the Corporation, the Shares acquired by such additional Holder or issuable upon redemption or exchange of Common Units acquired by such additional Holder shall become Registrable Securities to the extent provided herein, such additional Holder shall become a Holder under this Agreement with respect to the acquired Shares and the Corporation shall add such additional Holder’s name and address to the Schedule of Holders.

Related to Schedule of Holders

  • Schedule of Prices means the completed price schedule or any part or individual schedule thereof, submitted by the Contractor with his Bid and forming a part of the Contract documents.
