Schedule of Values definition

Schedule of Values means the detailed breakdown of the cost of the materials, labor, and equipment necessary to accomplish the Work as described in the Contract Documents, submitted by Contractor for approval by Owner and A/E.
Schedule of Values means a written breakdown allocating the total Contract Sum to each principal category of Work, in such detail as requested by Owner.

Examples of Schedule of Values in a sentence

  • If the Schedule of Values is not found to be appropriate, or if the supporting documentation or data is deemed to be inadequate, and unless the CITY directs the CONSULTANT to the contrary in writing, the Schedule of Values shall be returned to the Contractor for revision or supporting documentation or data.

  • All such payments will be measured by the Schedule of Values established as provided in the General Conditions (and in the case of Unit Price Work based on the number of units completed) or, in the event there is no Schedule of Values, as provided elsewhere in the Contract.

More Definitions of Schedule of Values

Schedule of Values means the detailed list of the value of each construction activity included in the Contract Price broken down by labor and materials that is submitted by the Contractor and approved by the Commission, as amended.
