Schedule of Remuneration definition

Schedule of Remuneration means the schedule issued by the Department from time to time under 5 U.S.C. 8521(a)(2) and this part, which specifies for purposes of the UCX Program, the pay and allowances for each pay grade of servicemember.

Examples of Schedule of Remuneration in a sentence

  • A State agency shall allocate the num- ber of days of unused military leave specified in an ex-servicemember’s military document, for which a lump- sum payment has been made, in the same manner as similar payments by private employers to their employees are allocated under the applicable State law, except that the applicable Schedule of Remuneration instead of the lump-sum payment shall be used to determine the amount of the claim- ant’s Federal military wages.
