Schedule of Solar Loans means, as the context may require, the schedule of Solar Loans assigned by Sunnova Intermediate Holdings to Sunnova ABS Holdings IV, assigned by Sunnova ABS Holdings IV to the Depositor, assigned by the Depositor to the Issuer and pledged by the Issuer to the Indenture Trustee on the Closing Date, as such schedule may be supplemented from time to time (in accordance with the terms of the Transaction Documents).

Examples of Schedule of Solar Loans in a sentence

  • Upon any acquisition of Subsequent Solar Loans or Qualified Substitute Solar Loans, the Borrower shall cause the Servicer to update the Schedule of Solar Loans to add such Subsequent Solar Loans and/or Qualified Substitute Solar Loans to the Schedule of Solar Loans and deliver such updated Schedule of Solar Loans to the Agent.
