Schedule of Charges means the schedule as seen in clause Schedule of Charges;
Schedule of Rates means the priced Schedule of Rates forming part of the tender [where applicable].
Schedule means a schedule to this Agreement.
Schedule of Prices means the completed price schedule or any part or individual schedule thereof, submitted by the Contractor with his Bid and forming a part of the Contract documents.
Schedule of Fees means the published note of the School's prevailing fees notified to you from time to time and a copy of which remains available on the School's website and from the School at any time upon request;
Tariff Schedule means the most recent schedule of charges for supply of electricity and services issued by the licensee as per the provisions of the Tariff Order for that licensee;
Schedule of compliance means a schedule of remedial measures included in a permit, including an enforceable sequence of interim requirements (for example, actions, operations, or milestone events) leading to compliance with the Act, the CWA and regulations.
Schedule of Fees and Charges means the information on fees and charges that we give you when you open your Account; and amendments or replacements issued to you from time to time. An up-to-date version of this schedule is available from any of our offices and on our Website.
Schedule of Values means the detailed breakdown of the cost of the materials, labor, and equipment necessary to accomplish the Work as described in the Contract Documents, submitted by Contractor for approval by Owner and A/E.
Schedule C means internal revenue service schedule C (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.
The Schedule of Quantities/ BOQ means the schedule of quantities as specified and forming part of this contract. Words importing persons include firms and corporations. Words importing the singular only, also include the plural and vice verse where the Context requires.
Schedule 4 means Schedule 4 to ITEPA;

Exhibit means any item labeled as an Exhibit in the Solicitation or placed in the Exhibits section of the solicitation.
Schedule of Benefits means the section of this policy which shows, among other things, the Eligibility Requirements, Eligibility Waiting Period, Elimination Period, Amount of Insurance, Minimum Benefit, and Maximum Benefit Period.
Schedule E means internal revenue service schedule E (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.
Schedule of Members has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(b).
