Schedule of Tests has the meaning stated in Section 3.1(b).

Schedule of Tests. Means the specific tests conducted on the System after implementation to verify performance as per the Manufacturers design specification.

Examples of Schedule of Tests in a sentence

  • If the Servicer updates, edits or otherwise makes material changes to its systems or to the Review Materials, the Servicer will promptly notify the Asset Representations Reviewer of any such material changes and provide new or updated sample Review Materials (and, to the extent impacted, the “Tests” in the Schedule of Tests for any Group) to the Asset Representations Reviewer.

  • If the same Test is required for more than one representation or warranty listed on the Schedule of Tests for the related Group, the Asset Representations Reviewer will only perform the Test once for each Group Review Receivable but will report the results of the Test for each applicable representation and warranty on the Review Report.

  • The Asset Representations Reviewer will only be required to perform the testing procedures listed under “Tests” in the Schedule of Tests for the related Group (as updated pursuant to Section 3.9), and will not be obligated to perform additional procedures on any Group Review Receivable or, except as set forth in Section 3.5, to provide any information other than a Review Report.

  • The Tests to be performed with respect to each applicable Indenture Series of a Group will be included on one schedule that will be attached to and be a part of this Agreement (such schedule, with respect to each Group, a “Schedule of Tests”), which Schedule of Tests will be substantially in the form of Schedule B attached hereto and reflect the Tests mutually agreed upon by the Servicer and the Asset Representations Reviewer.

  • The Contractor shall before System Acceptance Tests are due to commence on Site submit for the approval of the Operator Company a comprehensive Schedule of Tests designed to prove that the System will operate in accordance with the requirements of the Contract.

  • The Operator Company will execute an Acceptance Letter for each component of the System when the Contractor has demonstrated that the performance of the system has satisfactorily completed the Schedule of Tests.

Related to Schedule of Tests

  • Schedule of compliance means a schedule of remedial measures included in a permit, including an enforceable sequence of interim requirements (for example, actions, operations, or milestone events) leading to compliance with the Act, the CWA and regulations.

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals. Scope of Work:

  • Schedule of Contracts means the list or lists of Contracts attached as Schedule A to this Agreement, which Contracts are being transferred to the Owner Trustee as part of the Trust Estate, which list or lists shall set forth the following information with respect to each such Contract in numbered columns:

  • Schedule of Rates means the priced Schedule of Rates forming part of the tender [where applicable].

  • Schedule of Charges means the schedule as seen in clause Schedule of Charges;

  • Schedule of Representations means the Schedule of Representations and Warranties attached hereto as Schedule B.

  • Order Schedule means MSC’s form Order Schedule or any other mutually agreed upon order schedule which references this Agreement (by citing the MSC Agreement Number above or otherwise) and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services to be provided by MSC to Customer hereunder and the fees to be paid by Customer.

  • Schedule of Receivables means the Schedule of Receivables sold and transferred pursuant to this Agreement which is attached hereto as Schedule A.

  • Schedule means a schedule to this Agreement.

  • Compliance schedule means a schedule of events, by date, which will result in compliance with these regulations.

  • Schedule of Accounts means an aged trial balance and reconciliation to the Borrowing Base in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may at the Administrative Agent’s discretion include copies of original invoices) listing the Accounts of the Borrower, certified on behalf of the Borrower by a Duly Authorized Officer, to be delivered on a monthly basis to the Administrative Agent by the Borrower pursuant to Section 8.1(d) hereof.

  • Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.

  • Schedule of Exceptions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5, and is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Schedule of Benefits means the section of this policy which shows, among other things, the Eligibility Requirements, Eligibility Waiting Period, Elimination Period, Amount of Insurance, Minimum Benefit, and Maximum Benefit Period.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Schedule of Members has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(b).
