Order Schedule definition

Order Schedule means an MSC Order Schedule (or other order document) agreed to by Customer and MSC, and which incorporates this Agreement, by reference or otherwise, and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services ordered.
Order Schedule means a OneStream order schedule in the form attached as Attachment A or other document containing substantially the same information, in either case executed and delivered by the parties.

Examples of Order Schedule in a sentence

  • Any Order Schedule that has been submitted by Anaplan and accepted by Client through the Google Store (each a “Marketplace Order Schedule”) shall be subject to the payment terms and subscription invoicing set forth in Client’s GCP Marketplace Terms of Service or similar agreement with Google.

  • If Client fails to change its usage or to comply with the limit within thirty (30) days, or if Client notifies Anaplan of its intent to continue with the excess usage, Client shall execute an Order Schedule and pay invoices issued by Anaplan for that excess usage.

  • Unless otherwise stated in a Statement of Work or Order Schedule, amounts are due and payable within thirty (30) days after the date of the invoice.

  • At the end of the notice period, if the Anaplan Service still does not comply with this warranty, Client may elect to terminate this Agreement (and any applicable Order Schedule or Statement of Work) and receive a prorated refund of prepaid fees applicable to the remaining period in the then-current Subscription Term.

  • If Client is exempt from Transaction Taxes, Client shall provide proof of the exemption to Anaplan without undue delay upon execution of the applicable Order Schedule.


More Definitions of Order Schedule

Order Schedule means an order schedule in the form set out in Appendix “A” of this Agreement specifying the License Scope of the Index or Indices (as applicable).

Signed copies of Order Schedules and other forms under this Agreement provided via facsimile or otherwise will be deemed binding to the same extent as original documents. „Rozpis objednávky“ označuje Rozpis objednávky MSC (nebo jakýkoliv jiný objednací dokument) odsouhlasený jak Zákazníkem, tak společností MSC, který zahrnuje tuto Smlouvu pomocí odkazu nebo jinak, a určuje mj. objednaný Software, Údržbu a/nebo Služby. Jakýkoliv Rozpis objednávky může být uzavřen v písemném, textovém formátu nebo v elektronickém formátu včetně verzí PDF. Jakýkoliv Rozpis objednávky může být vyhotoven ve více stejnopisech, přičemž každý z těchto stejnopisů bude považován za originál. Podepsané kopie Rozpisu(ů) objednávky a ostatní formuláře podle této Smlouvy poskytnuté prostřednictvím faxu nebo jinak budou považovány za závazné ve stejném rozsahu jako původní dokumenty.
