Examples of Order Schedule in a sentence
Except as otherwise specified in an Order Schedule, (a) fees are quoted and payable in United States dollars, (b) fees are based on the Anaplan Service purchased as indicated in an Order Schedule whether used or not, (c) payment obligations are non-cancelable and fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, and (d) the number of subscriptions rights purchased cannot be decreased during the relevant Subscription Term.
Unless otherwise stated in a Statement of Work or Order Schedule, amounts are due and payable within thirty (30) days after the date of the invoice.
Client shall pay all undisputed fees and charges to Client’s account under the Statement of Work or Order Schedule as invoiced by Anaplan.
At the end of the notice period, if the Anaplan Service still does not comply with this warranty, Client may elect to terminate this Agreement (and any applicable Order Schedule or Statement of Work) and receive a prorated refund of prepaid fees applicable to the remaining period in the then-current Subscription Term.
Client acknowledges that purchases under this Agreement or any Order Schedule are not contingent on the delivery of future features or functionality.
