Order Schedule definition

Order Schedule means an MSC Order Schedule (or other order document) agreed to by Customer and MSC, and which incorporates this Agreement, by reference or otherwise, and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services ordered.
Order Schedule means a OneStream ordering document which may include information such as, but is not limited to, number of Named Users, Applicable Term, and fees, which is executed and delivered by the parties.
Order Schedule means an order schedule in the form set out in Appendix “A” of this Agreement specifying the License Scope of the Index or Indices (as applicable).

Examples of Order Schedule in a sentence

  • If Client fails to change its usage or to comply with the limit within thirty (30) days, or if Client notifies Anaplan of its intent to continue with the excess usage, Client shall execute an Order Schedule and pay invoices issued by Anaplan for that excess usage.

  • Unless otherwise stated in a Statement of Work or Order Schedule, amounts are due and payable within thirty (30) days after the date of the invoice.

More Definitions of Order Schedule

Order Schedule means an MSC Order Schedule (or other order document) agreed to by Customer and MSC, and which incorporates this Agreement, by reference or otherwise, and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services ordered. 2.10 “Paid-up License” means a license which has a term beginning on the date specified in the Order Schedule and continuing perpetually. 2.11 “Services” means training or other services, if any, purchased under an Order Schedule.
Order Schedule means an order form accepted by you requesting the supply of any or all of the Services from us.
Order Schedule means the schedule in the Agreement which itemizes and describes the Services we are willing to provide to you and any specific fees you are agreeing to pay us for such Services.
Order Schedule means a Hexagon Order Schedule (or other order document) agreed to by Customer and Hexagon, and which incorporates this Agreement, by reference or otherwise, and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services ordered.
Order Schedule means a document agreed between the parties in accordance with Section 2, that details the Hosted Services to be provided by Spirent, the associated fees and other related details, and which is based on the template set out in Exhibit B (Order ScheduleTemplate).
Order Schedule means any order document, statement of work or purchase order executed by the Parties noting the Subscription Service and/or types of Services Provider shall provide and corresponding pricing. The initial Order Schedule is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
