Order Schedule definition

Order Schedule means an MSC Order Schedule (or any other order document) agreed to by Customer and MSC, and which incorporates this Agreement, by reference or otherwise, and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services ordered.
Order Schedule means a OneStream ordering document which may include information such as, but is not limited to, number of Named Users, Applicable Term, and fees, which is executed and delivered by the parties.
Order Schedule means an order schedule in the form set out in Appendix “A” of this Agreement specifying the License Scope of the Index or Indices (as applicable).

Examples of Order Schedule in a sentence

  • Except as otherwise specified in an Order Schedule, (a) fees are quoted and payable in United States dollars, (b) fees are based on the Anaplan Service purchased as indicated in an Order Schedule whether used or not, (c) payment obligations are non-cancelable and fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, and (d) the number of subscriptions rights purchased cannot be decreased during the relevant Subscription Term.

  • Unless otherwise stated in a Statement of Work or Order Schedule, amounts are due and payable within thirty (30) days after the date of the invoice.

  • Client shall pay all undisputed fees and charges to Client’s account under the Statement of Work or Order Schedule as invoiced by Anaplan.

  • At the end of the notice period, if the Anaplan Service still does not comply with this warranty, Client may elect to terminate this Agreement (and any applicable Order Schedule or Statement of Work) and receive a prorated refund of prepaid fees applicable to the remaining period in the then-current Subscription Term.

  • Client acknowledges that purchases under this Agreement or any Order Schedule are not contingent on the delivery of future features or functionality.


More Definitions of Order Schedule

Order Schedule means an MSC Order Schedule (or other order document) agreed to by Customer and MSC, and which incorporates this Agreement, by reference or otherwise, and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services ordered. 2.10 “Paid-up License” means a license which has a term beginning on the date specified in the Order Schedule and continuing perpetually. 2.11 “Services” means training or other services, if any, purchased under an Order Schedule.
Order Schedule means an order form accepted by you requesting the supply of any or all of the Services from us.
Order Schedule means the schedule in the Agreement which itemizes and describes the Services we are willing to provide to you and any specific fees you are agreeing to pay us for such Services.
Order Schedule means a Hexagon Order Schedule (or other order document) agreed to by Customer and Hexagon, and which incorporates this Agreement, by reference or otherwise, and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services ordered.
Order Schedule means a document agreed between the parties in accordance with Section 2, that details the Hosted Services to be provided by Spirent, the associated fees and other related details, and which is based on the template set out in Exhibit B (Order ScheduleTemplate).
Order Schedule means a document signed by and between both Anaplan and Client (including Affiliates of either party that enter into an Order Schedule) that references this Agreement and details the Anaplan Service or Professional Service(s) to be provided by Anaplan, the fees associated therewith, and any other transaction-specific provisions.
