Scheduled Daily Quantity definition

Scheduled Daily Quantity has the meaning given to such term in Exhibit 3.
Scheduled Daily Quantity means the quantity of Gas nominated by Shipper and confirmed by Transporter for flow in accordance with Section 14.
Scheduled Daily Quantity means the quantity of Gas nominated by Shipper and confirmed by Transporter for flow in accordance with Section 9.

Examples of Scheduled Daily Quantity in a sentence

  • If, on any Day, Shipper fails to transport or cause to be transported the Scheduled Daily Quantity away from the Delivery Point, Transporter shall assess the Shipper the Unauthorized Overrun Charge for such quantities.

  • If, on any Day, Shipper shall fail to transport or cause to be transported the Scheduled Daily Quantity away from the Delivery Point or to the Receipt Point, Shipper shall be liable for Unauthorized Overrun Charges for such Day.

Related to Scheduled Daily Quantity

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.
