Examples of Scheduled Determination in a sentence

  • Members of the Index Management Committee may at any time recommend changes to these Rules (including the Index construction criteria) by submitting any proposed changes for consideration and approval in advance of the next quarterly Scheduled Determination Date.

  • If there is a Market Disruption Event on a day that, but for this provision, would have been a Determination Date (a " Scheduled Determination Date"), then, subject to paragraph (ii)(B) and paragraph (ii)(C), the Determination Date shall be the first succeeding Exchange Business Day on which there is no Market Disruption Event, unless there is a Market Disruption Event on each of the five Exchange Business Days immediately following the Scheduled Determination Date.

  • Each such determination of the Borrowing Base is herein called a “ Scheduled Determination ”.

  • Spread Determination Date means, for the reset rate notes, any time after the Notice Date but no later than 3:00 p.m., New York City time, on the third business day prior to the related reset date.

  • Dividend Determination Date means, for the purposes of the definition of “Dividend”, the date on which the number of Ordinary Shares or, as the case may be, amount of other property or assets, which may be issued or delivered is, or is capable of being, determined, and where determined by reference to prices or values or the like on or during a particular day or during a particular period, the Dividend Determination Date shall be deemed to be such day or the last day of such period, as the case may be;

  • SOFR Determination Date has the meaning specified in the definition of “Daily Simple SOFR”.

  • Index Determination Date means, in relation to any Index, a date on which such Indexfalls to be determined in accordance with the Conditions;

  • Administrative merits determination means certain notices or findings of labor law violations issued by an enforcement agency following an investigation. An administrative merits determination may be final or be subject to appeal or further review. To determine whether a particular notice or finding is covered by this definition, it is necessary to consult section II.B. in the DOL Guidance.

  • Periodic Term SOFR Determination Day has the meaning specified in the definition of “Term SOFR”.

  • Monthly Report Determination Date The meaning specified in Section 10.7(a).

  • Event Determination Date means either:

  • LIBOR Determination Date With respect to any Interest Accrual Period for the LIBOR Certificates, the second London Business Day preceding the commencement of such Interest Accrual Period.

  • Payment Date Statement means a report prepared by the Administrator setting forth certain information relating to the Reference Pool, the Notes, the Reference Tranches and the hypothetical structure described in the Offering Memorandum, which will be in such form as is required under the Offering Memorandum and otherwise as agreed upon between the Administrator and the Indenture Trustee.

  • SOFR Determination Time means 3:00 p.m. (New York time) on the U.S. Government Securities Business Day, at which time Compounded SOFR is published on the FRBNY’s Website.

  • Term SOFR Determination Day has the meaning assigned to it under the definition of Term SOFR Reference Rate.
