SCHEDULED MORTGAGE PRINCIPAL PAYMENTS definition

SCHEDULED MORTGAGE PRINCIPAL PAYMENTS means the monthly payments of principal for each Payment Date as set forth on SCHEDULE 2.4 attached hereto; which payment amounts were calculated based upon a twenty-five (25) year amortization schedule at the Interest Rate. In the event that the amount of principal prepayments on the Loan from application of casualty insurance proceeds or condemnation awards under Section 5.5 shall exceed $10,000,000, in the aggregate, from the Closing Date or from the date of the last re-amortization of the Loan under this sentence, Lender shall recalculate the Scheduled Mortgage Principal Payments based upon the then remaining principal amount of the Loan and the foregoing assumptions and deliver a revised SCHEDULE 2.4 to the Borrowers, which revised schedule shall replace SCHEDULE 2.4 hereto in its entirety.
SCHEDULED MORTGAGE PRINCIPAL PAYMENTS means (x) $185,025.00 through and including the Payment Date in November 2003, (y) $277,537.50 following the Payment Date in November 2003, through and including the Payment Date in November 2004, and (z) $370,050.00 thereafter through the Maturity Date.
SCHEDULED MORTGAGE PRINCIPAL PAYMENTS are hereby deemed to refer to the Scheduled Mortgage Principal Payments set forth on Replacement Schedule 2.4.

In the event that the amount of principal prepayments on the Loan from Releases of Properties under Section 11.4 or application of casualty insurance proceeds or condemnation awards under Section 5.5 shall exceed $10,000,000, in the aggregate, from the Closing Date or from the date of the last re-amortization of the Loan under this sentence, Lender shall recalculate the Scheduled Mortgage Principal Payments based upon the then remaining principal amount of the Loan and the foregoing assumptions and deliver a revised SCHEDULE 2.4 to the Borrowers, which revised schedule shall replace SCHEDULE 2.4 hereto in its entirety.

  • Principal Payment Any payment of principal on a Mortgage Loan other than a Principal Prepayment.

  • Mortgage Loan Principal Balance means, at any date of determination, the aggregate principal balance of the Notes evidencing the Mortgage Loan.

  • Principal Payments means all payments of principal made pursuant to the terms of the Note.

  • Group II Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group II Principal Distribution Amount.

  • Group I Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group I Principal Distribution Amount.

  • Scheduled Principal Payment means the scheduled payment of principal due on the Mortgage Loan on a Monthly Payment Date.

  • Liquidated Mortgage Loan With respect to any Distribution Date, a defaulted Mortgage Loan (including any REO Property) which was liquidated in the calendar month preceding the month of such Distribution Date and as to which the Master Servicer has determined (in accordance with this Agreement) that it has received all amounts it expects to receive in connection with the liquidation of such Mortgage Loan, including the final disposition of an REO Property.

  • Pool Principal Balance As to any Distribution Date, the aggregate of the Scheduled Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans which were Outstanding Mortgage Loans on the Due Date in the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date.
