Examples of Scheduled Principal Payment in a sentence
Principal of this Note will be payable on the Scheduled Principal Payment Date in an amount described on the face hereof, subject to the provisions of the Indenture.
All Notes of each Series, Class or Tranche under this Indenture will in all respects be equally and ratably entitled to the benefits hereof with respect to such Series, Class or Tranche without preference, priority or distinction on account of the actual time of the authentication and delivery or Scheduled Principal Payment Date or Legal Maturity Date of the Notes of such Series, Class or Tranche, except as specified in the applicable Indenture Supplement for such Series, Class or Tranche of Notes.
With respect to any Series, the date on which the principal balance of the Outstanding Notes of such Series are expected to be paid in full assuming that the Scheduled Principal Payment Amount for such Series are paid in full as such Scheduled Principal Payment Amount have become due.
With respect to any Class B Note as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (x) the initial principal balance of such Class B Note as of the Closing Date, over (y) the cumulative amount of all Class B Minimum Principal Payment Amounts, Class B Scheduled Principal Payment Amounts and any other principal payments (including Prepayments) actually paid to the related Class B Noteholder subsequent to the Closing Date.
With respect to any Class A Note as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (x) the initial principal balance of such Class A Note as of the Closing Date, over (y) the cumulative amount of all Class A Minimum Principal Payment Amounts, Class A Scheduled Principal Payment Amounts and any other principal payments (including Prepayments) actually paid to the related Class A Noteholder subsequent to the Closing Date.
